Casa De Los Suenos Hotel Boutique Isla Mujeres, Isla Mujeres

Our stay at the boutique hotel was a memorable experience, highlighted by beautiful ocean views and great service. The cleanliness and comfort of the rooms added to our enjoyment, but the slight smell from the restroom and occasional mosquito issue in the dining area were minor downsides. The dining was excellent, especially breakfast, and while some facilities were closed, the rest of the amenities made our stay pleasant and relaxing.

My stay at Casa De Los Suenos was absolutely delightful! The staff, including Carlos, Chris, and Selena, truly went out of their way to make our experience memorable with their friendly and attentive service. While our second room didn’t have a view, it was spacious and clean, which was great for my family. The location on the southern end of the island offered a peaceful getaway with access to amazing beach activities but having a golf cart is a must. Overall, this place is perfect for those looking for a serene escape with fantastic amenities.

What a gem of a place! The views from the hotel are absolutely breathtaking, and the service from the team is fantastic. The kids had a blast at Kin Ha Beach Club, and breakfast was consistently excellent. However, there were some issues with the room's maintenance, and the absence of filtered water after our first day was a bit of a letdown. Overall, though, it's a beautiful spot for a family getaway.

I had an incredible stay at Casa de los Sueños! The atmosphere was incredibly relaxing and the decor was charmingly quirky, far from the standard hotel vibe. The view of the ocean was breathtaking, and I loved having the infinity pool nearly to myself. However, I missed direct beach access at first, but the nearby Kin Ha beach club turned out to be a perfect alternative. I would rate it highly for a serene getaway, but some minor maintenance issues were present.

I had a wonderful week at Casa De Los Suenos! The staff helped us set up amazing whale shark excursions, and the atmosphere of the hotel was just what we were looking for. While the snorkeling trip was fantastic, I did wish for a bit more variety in the dining options. Overall, it's a great spot for relaxation and adventure, with excellent service to match.
